| 09.30 - 10.15 | Aquarobic with various floats and music |
| 11.00 - 12.00 | Baby swimmers in groups of 4 to 8 babies, 1 parent per baby |
| 12.30 - 13.15 | Swim with fins - beginner or intermediate |
